JAI #36 Sketch challenge

As promised here's my card using this weeks sheet.  I've made it to enter into Just add Inks sketch challenge.  The only addition is the ribbon which is from a hanging loop inside clothing that I cut out as I don't use the loops on hangers for all my tops!

S on S Relax

This week I'm posting 2 versions of the sheet as I like the sepia tones as well as the yellow.  Hopefully both sheets will be of some use to you all, if you have time I'd  love your comments on my sheets.  I'll be posting my card/s tomorrow as I  don't think I'll have time today. Babysitting later, which I'm looking forward to. :-))
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

JAI 35 - Theme challenge

This week at Just Add Ink the challenge is a theme which is sympathy. I have made this tag card to attach to a bouquet of flowers. The peeloff is from Anitas range and I used whispers brushstrokes and a blender pen to colour the rose in. The flower is from a £1 shop/dollar store 'silk' flower that I took apart and re-assembled adding the red brad for the centre. The pearl and gold beads are from a cake decorators shop! I thought they'd look better on a card! lol

S on S Duck & caller

Thought I'd do a sheet for our men again. Hope you like this weeks offering. As usual click the image to enlarge before saving/printing and print on landscape A4. I hope to show you some example cards using this sheet later today. The sentiment circle fits a 1 1/2" punch.
As promised here are 2 cards I've made using this sheet. The larger card is 5x7" and the sentiment topper is cut with a 1 1/2" punch and placed on a SU scallop circle punch and then 1 3/4 " circle punch. Then I used SU dimensionals to add to the card. The ribbon is from my stash. The second card is 4x4" and I used some scraps of ds paper that I've torn and then stamped some branch images using whisper inks and then used a bit of chocolate chip sponged where the duck is sitting so that he isn't sitting in thin air! lol

Thought some of you might like this photo I took today, Maisie decided she was fed up with Marie crafting and after jumping up and down for a while she jumped onto Maries lap to stop her! lol

Jacks Card

Hi everyone, I just wanted to show you this wonderful card that Jack (a young neighbour) has made for his Dads birthday. He

came up with the idea of using a picture of the lorries that his father drives and was able to remember the company name so that we could find a picture. Jack is very new to card making this being his second card, as you can see he has decoupaged the lorries really well. For the inside Jack has added an insert of patterned paper with a lorry that matches the front of the card

S on S Xmas geese

Ok here's the freebie for this week, I'm sure some of you like me have started to think of making Christmas cards so every now and then I'll post a Christmas sheet for you all to use . I love the image I used but unfortunately I can't give the designer credit, as I don't know who it is. As usual I designed the topper and backing sheet, and to print it click the image to enlarge it and then save it to your pc.

I've also included my take of the card I made using the sheet and the insert which I've included for you. I made the card using a 5 3/4" (14.5cm) square card and the paper lace and bow are from my stash.

Wedding

Hi everyone, just a quick post to show you the wedding card I made using the last JAI sketch challenge, (see previous post) Thought you'd like to see how different 2 cards can look even though the layout is the same.

Thanks - JAI 33 challenge

Hi I loved the sketch challenge on Just add Ink this week and here's my interpretation of it.

Recipe
The cardstock and ds paper are Stamin up along with the scalloped circle and heart punches. The heart is from the punch that has the 3 hearts on it (sorry forget its name! lol) I added Anitas 3d gel to the heart and drew dots on the square using a white gel pen. The designer paper I used a fiskers border punch and then ran the strip through my crimper.

S on S Circles

Thought I'd post this early as I've been late for the last couple of weeks! lol I've designed this sheet with men/boys in mind, the ones you just don't know what to do card wise! lol Hopefully this will be general enough to suit most people. I've also added a couple of cards I've made using the sheet showing how I've used it for the different age groups.
